Initial ConsultationDuring the Initial Consultation our goal is to determine three important design criteria: circulation and pedestrian traffic flow, open spaces of turf, and landscape borders. We determine these criteria by discussing specific needs and desires with the property owner. These may include screening or opening views, creating specific living areas and terrace needs as well as the plants they like and dislike and other landscape criteria.

Concept PlansConcept Plans include the initial client needs and wants, the sitework data, ACAD drawings into 2D plans that show circulation, open space and the planting beds. Its a bird's eye view of the new landscape. This phase of design also utilizes 3D designs. The designer and client meet online in their home or office through a secured network to visualize the new landscape. Upon approval from the client we then proceed with construction drawings.

Construction DrawingsConstruction Drawings transfer the Concept Plans ideas into reality by drawing plans the landscape contractor uses to build the landscape and apply for permits. Plans show details, specifications, spot elevations, material patterns, color selection, planting schedules, reference schedules. We will work with the client and vendors throughout the entire landscape process and work with architects or engineers as required to implement parts of the landscape design.
