Shoreline Restoration and Revetments

With Lake Michigan water levels rising over the last few years, erosion of bluffs and seawalls is a major concern for residents and businesses residing along the Wisconsin and Illinois shoreline. Our team of experts, design and build permanent revetments to help prevent the erosion of slopes due to crashing waves and storm damage. In the video below, you will see large boulders being used to enhance an existing revetment along the Northshore of Chicago.
In the video on the top right, we are unloading large boulders to enhance an existing revetment along the Northshore of Chicago.

In the bottom right video, this is the start of an entire bluff restoration project. The barge is unloading stone for the revetment structure, as well as asphalt and material to build an access road to the top of the bluff.
